Customization

What you can specify before sampling

Start with the parts of the hat you already know. Whatever is still open can be settled with the sample in hand.
Send your brief
  1. Embroidered logo

    Documented example

The six-panel baseball cap is recorded as an embroidered style. Send vector artwork or a clear logo file and state where it should sit on the crown.

  2. Color per order line

    Documented example

Each documented example lists its minimum as 500 pieces per color, so every color you add is planned as its own quantity.

  3. Fabric

    Documented example

Waterproof UV fabric is recorded for the bucket hat and corduroy for the winter earflap hat. Tell us the look and weather you are designing for.

  4. Size and shape

    Documented example

The bucket hat and earflap hat are both recorded at 59 cm circumference, 6 cm brim and 20 cm depth. Send your own target measurements if they differ.

  5. Your own design or reference

    Sampling stage

Share a sketch, a reference photo or a physical sample. A sample is made and reviewed before bulk production is planned.

  6. Labels, trims and packing

    Confirm in your request

Woven labels, hang tags, straps or carton marking are not listed as fixed options. Describe what you need and it is checked during sampling.

A bucket hat puts the brim on every side. The recorded example uses a waterproof UV fabric.

Is the hat for cold weather?

Choose the earflap style. The recorded example is corduroy and folds the flaps down over the ears.

Do your head sizes differ from 59 cm?

Say so in the quote form. 59 cm is the size recorded for two examples, not a fixed limit.

Quality process

Four checkpoints from cut fabric to carton

Work is checked at each stage of the line, and finished goods go through the inspection area last.
  1. Cutting

Fabric is cut to the approved pattern. Panels are laid out so color and direction stay consistent within one hat.

  2. Sewing

Panels, brim and trims are assembled on the sewing floor, and work in progress is checked against the sample.

  3. Finishing

Loose threads are trimmed, shape is set and each hat is prepared for packing.

  4. Outbound inspection

The factory has a marked inspection area. Finished goods pass through it before cartons leave.

Sampling to bulk

How an order moves from brief to dispatch

The sample sits between your brief and any bulk run, so the first thing produced is the thing you approve.
  1. Send the brief

Style, quantity, colors, logo artwork and target size through the quote form or by email.

  2. Agree the details

Fabric, dimensions and decoration are confirmed in writing before any sample is cut.

  3. Sample

A sample is made from the agreed brief so you can check shape, color and decoration.

  4. Review and adjust

Comments on the sample are folded into the bulk instructions.

  5. Bulk production

Production runs on the hat processing lines. MOQ for the documented examples is 500 pieces per color.

  6. Outbound inspection and dispatch

Finished goods are inspected, packed in cartons and prepared for shipment.
